Private Tutoring Satisfaction Guarantee

After attending your first Private Tutoring session, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your remaining tutoring sessions and receive a refund for those sessions not yet attended.  Should you choose to cancel a prepaid Tutoring Package after attending your first session, the hours which you have attended will be billed/deducted at our current Hourly Rate (as listed on our website at http://csettutor.com/CSET_Tutoring_Packages.htm) and you will receive a refund for the remaining amount of the Tutoring Package price.

In order to receive a refund per this policy, you must notify us of your desire to cancel your remaining sessions within 3 business days of attending your first tutoring session or at least 24 hours prior to your second tutoring session, whichever is earlier.  Cancellation and refund requests submitted after this timeframe will not be honored.

This offer applies to Private Tutoring only and does not apply to any of our other products or services.  This offer shall not be construed to waive your obligation to pay for your first tutoring session in its entirety, regardless of whether you have attended the session in whole, in part or not at all.
